Guest tickets are available for purchase until Sunday, June 2. Guests may join the Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 2 and the Conference Dinner on Wednesday, June 5.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please register directly online through the registration portal. You may pay by credit card on the registration portal, but also have the option of a (non-refundable) wire transfer. If you have any trouble doing so, please contact Alexis Wisdom, WOLTE16 Conference Manager. Bank transfer payments will be invoiced an additional $25 transaction fee.
AUTHOR REGISTRATION
- For an accepted abstract to be presented, at least one author must be registered
- Registration will cover one (1) accepted abstract and presentation. Should an author wish to present more than one accepted abstract, there will be an additional abstract fee of $100
STUDENT SUPPORT
Support for student attendance may be available, sponsored by the IEEE Council on Superconductivity. If you are interested, please provide the following information to Alexis Wisdom, WOLTE16 Conference Manager, at awisdom@conferencecatalysts.com.

INVITATION LETTERS
A letter of invitation is provided upon request only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, contact the conference manager by email at: awisdom@conferencecatalysts.com. In your email, provide the following information:
- Complete name
- Mailing address
- Registration Confirmation ID
- Accepted paper number (if applicable)
- Accepted paper title (if applicable)
- Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend WOLTE16. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter.
Once the letter is issued, a refund cannot be granted per IEEE Policy.
We suggest that you leave ample time to apply and obtain your VISA. Please check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation website to determine if you will need a visa from your country of origin.
CANCELLATION POLICY
